Privacy Policy

How Imvori handles browser edits, uploaded images, temporary results, contact messages and essential cookies.

Effective 24 October 2026 · Applies to imvori.fit

This page describes data handling by the Imvori image studio and its contact service. The place where an image is processed depends on the tool you use. For questions about this policy or a particular file, use our contact form and select Privacy request.

Images processed in your browser

Tools identified as local perform their image or PDF operations on your device. These include local color adjustments, compression, document cleanup, product templates, screenshot merging and PDF conversion. These operations do not upload the image or PDF bytes to our image-processing API. The browser still requests the application, fonts, libraries and other static resources needed to run the site.

Images uploaded for server processing

Server operations include the original Enhance tool, resizing, grayscale, upscaling, face restoration, background removal, old-photo repair, colorization and selected watermark-region removal. Choosing one uploads the currently selected studio version. We store the input file, requested operation and settings, a job identifier, status and timing information, and the processed result to run the request and provide progress and download access. Models execute on the server; image-processing requests are not sent to a paid external image API.

Temporary history, links and deletion

Browser-held versions are session data and disappear when you reload or close the page. Server uploads and results, together with completed or failed job records, become eligible for cleanup after 24 hours from upload. An hourly scheduled cleanup removes eligible files and records; pending or processing jobs are excluded while active. Deletion is not guaranteed at the precise 24-hour second or during a service interruption. Download results before expiry. The site does not deliberately publish an image gallery, but a person who has a server file URL may be able to access it until deletion. Treat result links as private links.

Contact messages

The contact form collects the email address, optional name, chosen topic and message you submit. Messages are saved for the site operator in a restricted administration area to handle support, rights and privacy requests. They are not posted publicly and are not automatically emailed to another service. A keyed identifier derived from the connecting IP address is stored for rate limiting; this is separate from ordinary server logs. Contact messages become eligible for automatic deletion after 30 days and are removed by the scheduled cleanup. Keep a copy of any request you need for your own records.

Operational logs and hosting

Our web infrastructure receives connection information needed to deliver requests, such as IP address, requested path, request time, browser headers and response status. Operational logs support reliability, security and abuse investigation and follow server log-rotation settings. They are separate from the image-expiry process; deleting an image does not automatically remove every related log entry. Hosting infrastructure processes requests on behalf of the service.

Cookies, advertising and third parties

The contact service uses an essential anti-forgery cookie when you submit a message. The administration area may use essential session and security cookies. The current public site does not load Google advertising or third-party analytics tags. It does not ask you to consent to an advertising service that is not installed.

If advertising or analytics is introduced, this policy and the applicable consent controls must be updated before that collection begins. Google advertising can involve cookies, IP addresses and other identifiers; see how Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. Where required for the intended advertising, consent controls must be configured before ads are served. That future possibility does not mean ads are active today.

Your choices and requests

You can use local tools without choosing a server operation, decline to submit a contact message, close a session or stop using the service. To ask about access or deletion of a server file or contact message, use Contact with sufficient information to identify your request. Do not send identity documents or another sensitive image unnecessarily. Available rights and any necessary identity checks depend on the circumstances and applicable rules.

Changes to this policy

We will update the effective date when the described processing changes. Review this page when choosing a new feature or before submitting information you would prefer not to upload.
